ARC Appraisal Launches

We are pleased to announce the institution of ARC Appraisals, formed by the merger of BK Appraisal (of Morrison, Illinois) and Appraisers of Northern Illinois (of Byron, Illinois).  ARC identifies the appraisal services we provide; Agricultural, Residential, and Commercial.  Our vision is to be your local appraiser with “big city” valuation services, bringing the services of a large office into every market, large or small.  We commit to well researched, thoroughly analyzed, clearly written, and reasonably priced appraisal reports.  We value continual education, current technology, and honest communications with our clients.  ARC Appraisals effectively covers northern Illinois and eastern Iowa and has over 85 combined years of appraisal experience.
